Standard Duty Orbital (SDO) pads offer the same great foam quality as the HDO line, but without the two-ply construction. They are suitable for all orbital polishers with a ventilated center plate. The hole in the center creates a tunnel that allows heat to escape from the foam and dissipate. This reduces surface temperatures and reduces paint damage.
The Lake Country SDO Cutting Pad is a single-ply foam polishing pad for removing severe defects. The pad is suitable for all types of paint and produces the best results on very dark or even solid paints. Best performance is achieved in combination with low grit polishing compounds (finishing compounds). The pad is ideal for orbital polishers.
