The Lake Country SDO CCS pads are perfect for polishing hard-damaged surfaces. Conventional foam pads absorb the polish too quickly, leaving the majority of the polish trapped under the pad’s work surface and reducing performance. With CCS technology, Lake Country solves this problem by using strategically placed, partially closed foam cells. This allows the polish to be released gradually, depending on the operator’s needs. Standard Duty Orbital (SDO) pads now feature this technology, giving the operator the same consistent performance as HDO pads, with the added benefit of CCS technology.
The benefits of the Lake Country SDO CCS pads are numerous. The CCS holes release the polish a little at a time, allowing the polish to be absorbed slowly. This prevents the pad from bouncing on the surface and allows the operator to hold the pad flat on the work surface. The conical pad design also prevents the pad from rolling away and allows for precise polishing, even in tight spaces and on contoured surfaces.
